Industry Mixer
Each month OGGN hosts an industry networking event with an assortment of food, drinks, prizes and charity donation. These events entail a gathering of the OGGN community, which includes many senior level business leaders in the oil and gas industry. Because they know that they are not going to be sold to, or must deal with criticism of the industry, they feel safe and are easily approachable and happy to connect and be part of this event.
Event Details
- First round of invitations goes out to the exact titles or roles of the people that buy from your company (prospects).
- The last Thursday of each month (adjusted for holidays)
- Roughly 100 to 150 people from the Houston oil and energy industry.
- Funded by a corporate sponsor, food and drink sponsor and modestly priced ticket sales
Sponsorship Value
As the corporate sponsor of this event you will interview live on the podcast “Mixer Connections” at the event, which is extremely exclusive evergreen content for your company. The only way you’re allowed on this podcast is by sponsoring a mixer, so not only do you get the short term exposure as a corporate sponsor, but you get much longer term exposure on the podcast as well. All of which will be promoted by the OGGN marketing team. Your interview will be from a position of thought leader ship rather than commercial advertisement.
Part of the proceeds of this event will be donated to redM, a charity that fights human sex trafficking. You will also get the social media opportunity a presenting the big check to redM live at the event. This means your sponsorship will literally save a little girls life.
